This case study shows how I built the full strategy, messaging, ads, and funnels for a real estate coaching brand during COVID, when live events disappeared and the sales model had to change fast. I turned that expertise into a complete customer acquisition system designed to educate cold traffic, fill virtual events, and drive high-ticket coaching sales on the back end. Over roughly three years, that system helped generate more than $3 million in revenue from nearly $1 million in ad spend.
